Hal Pohl is an Executive Director with the Mesa West Capital Asset Management Team in Los Angeles. Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Mr. Pohl was Head of West Coast Acquisitions for Haven Capital, a private equity-backed ground lease platform and had previously spent 10 years at Wells Fargo where he was a Managing Director in the real estate group. Preceding his time at Wells Fargo, Mr. Pohl had worked at PCCP and Clarion Partners. Mr. Pohl started his career in New York City at Trepp Inc., a CMBS analytics firm. Mr. Pohl received his BS from Cornell University.
