Jeff Friedman is a Senior Advisor at Mesa West and serves on Mesa West’s investment committee. Prior to co-founding Mesa West in 2004, Mr. Friedman was at Maguire Partners as a principal and in charge of capital market activities. Mr. Friedman began his career as a corporate lawyer and transitioned into real estate finance in 1994. Mr. Friedman graduated with a JD and master’s degree in applied economics from the University of Michigan and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Mr. Friedman is on the Mortgage Bankers Association Commercial Real Estate Multifamily Finance Board of Governors, a board member of UCLA Ziman Real Estate Alumni Group and is actively involved in Urban Land Institute.
