Russell Frahm is a Director with the Mesa West Capital Originations team, focusing on direct originations in several East Coast markets, including New York, Boston and a special focus on the southeastern United States. Mr. Frahm has experience in multifamily acquisitions and condominium conversions, and prior to joining Mesa West in 2010, worked in the New York office of Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick-Goldman involved in structured debt and equity placement. Mr. Frahm received a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from New York University’s Schack Real Estate Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
