Stewart Myers is a Director with the Mesa West Capital Asset Management team, focusing on team oversight as well as portfolio and asset level management. Prior to joining Mesa West in 2015, Mr. Myers has held senior asset management positions at Colony Capital, TVP Asset, Inc., and Hanover Financial, building experience from the positions of lender, operator and capital partner. He has expertise in value-added investments including entitlement, construction, renovation and market re-positioning, and has overseen legal counsel, property management personnel, leasing agents and sales agents. Mr. Myers is well-versed in project budgeting, reporting, business plan drafting and implementation. Mr. Myers received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego, and is a licensed California real estate broker.
